Hi, I’m David Wilson, founder of DRW Development and Paradigm Property Management. I was born and raised in Puyallup, WA, and today I live here in the Pacific Northwest with my wife and our child. When I’m not on a job site or at one of my properties helping a tenant, you’ll likely find me on a golf course, travelling or in the mountains snowboarding.

I hold a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, and spent the first part of my career in distribution and warehousing — an industry I truly enjoyed. But I always knew I wanted to build something of my own, and something I was deeply passionate about: creating homes and communities that people are proud to live in.

My knowledge of construction began with my father, who ran a homebuilding business of his own. That foundation eventually led me to launch DRW Development, where I oversee every phase of a project — from acquiring land to construction to long-term management through Paradigm.

At the core, I believe in doing things the right way: building well, managing with care, and always adding value for the people we serve.
